Renault Twizzy
This project was done with a team of four. We were mentored by Kyle Cody, Todd Akita, Dongyoon Jang, and Cat Gulácsy from The Mill. For this project I shot all the footage, scanned the environment, and shot HDRI’s during the shoot. For the computer generated aspect I was mostly involved with the third shot. The effect of the chocolate chips was done by Jared Kengla while I focused on lighting, look development, some modeling, some texturing, and compositing of the third shot.
Software used: Maya, Arnold, Nuke X, PTGUI, and Agisoft Photoscan.

Tesla Model X
I worked on every aspect except for the car model and the look development for the car. This included shooting the footage, grading it, photoscanning, creating HDRI’s, camera tracking, compositing, editing, and the sound.
Software used: Maya, Arnold, NukeX, Agisoft Photoscan, PtGui, Davinci Resolve, and ACES Color Workflow.

Estée Lauder
I originally was retouching photos for Estée Lauder but last minute they wanted to get some gifs for their Instagram page. So I created a workflow where I used Photoshop to do high frequency separation, brought that into After Effects, and used Mocha to track blemishes and retouch. The aim was to keep everything looking natural while still clean.
Software used: Photoshop, After Effects, and Mocha.

Estée Lauder Retouching
As part of an Estée Lauder campaign that I was a digital tech on I also worked as a retoucher, retouching around 80 pictures. The idea was to keep the models looking as natural as possible but it involved using high frequency separation to smooth out the skin in some areas as well as spot removal. In some cases it also included dodging and burning if necessary.
Software used: Photoshop

The Estée Edit
As part of a shoot where I worked as a digital tech and an assistant for an Estée Edit shoot. I also retouched around 40 of the images. This was quite a bit lower budget with a fast turn around so the focus was mainly on blemish removal and cleanup.
Software used: Photoshop

Minim
Unilever launched a new brand named Minim, focusing on sustainability. I came on to help out with some of the green screen work. The idea was to create repetition and cycles to symbolise the sustainability focus of the brand.
Software used: Nuke X, Davinci Resolve, After Effects, and Aces Color.

Screen Replacement
The aim here was to create a seamless screen replacement on a glossy screen, quite close up. As I had limited experience with screen replacements I wanted to push myself to learn as much as I could about doing one. I am responsible for all aspects of this, including shooting, color and compositing.
Software used: NukeX, Davinci Resolve, and Aces Color.

Misty Morning
The aim of this project was to change a location, in this case the lake at prospect park, into another location through set extension. I wanted to challenge myself by having the reflections to deal with as well and to experiment with using particles as part of my compositing workflow in Nuke. I am responsible for all aspects other than the comped plates.
Software used: NukeX, Davinci Resolve, and Aces Color.

Open Highway Head Start
This shot is from a music video called Open Highway Head Start directed by Eva Midgley. During shooting they felt that the pill that was shot on location wasn’t quite right for the shot so I replaced it.
Software used: NukeX
